Kevin joined the Real Estate industry in July of 2002. Having spent the previous 7 years in the Internet & communications business with companies like IPA.net, OneMain.com, Earthlink and Newroads Telecom, Kevin understands today’s technology and uses it to the fullest in his career as a full time residential and commercial Realtor®. Kevin communicates with a number of clients strictly via email and is very in tune with the latest technology available to Realtors® to maximize customer service to the client. In addition to being a Realtor®, Kevin manages 60 of his own rental properties, and enjoys camping, duck-hunting, fishing and flying single engine airplanes. Kevin is married to Elizabeth Bone King and they have 3 children: Mackenzie, Jackson and Caroline. Both Kevin and Elizabeth are from Fort Smith and have lived in the Fort Smith area most of their lives. Since becoming a Realtor® in 2002, Kevin has earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), Graduate of the Arkansas Realtors® Leadership Academy (GRLA) and is currently working towards other residential and commercial designations including CCIM and GRI. In his first 2 years in the real estate business, Kevin successfully closed over 80 transactions and $12,000,000 in sales, with over $5 million currently listed for sale. In 2006 Kevin was voted “Realtor of the Year” for the Fort Smith Board of Realtors® an in September of 2003 Kevin was voted by the Fort Smith Board of Realtors “2003 Rookie of the Year”. Kevin is also Past-President of the Fort Smith Board of Realtors and Past-Chairman of the MLS Committee for the FS Board of Realtors as well as a member of the Arkansas Realtors® Association previously served on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee.
